The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable. It’s pricey( that’s the nature of cheese ) but competitive. High quality and worth it.

Nice, local spot for great cheese and the things that go with it. The shop can get very busy and the staff overwhelmed because of it. Patience is the key. The selection outdoes every large grocery chain (Whole Foods), and it's nice to keep your money in the neighborhood. The best part, tho, is that the folks who work here actually know cheese. You're not gonna get some cheese mouse here. It will be the cat who knows the cheese.
Great selection but the staff could not be more unwelcoming. I so want to love this place! I live in the neighborhood and so rarely go in because the staff is comically pretentious. So odd to me.
I tried again today and was again reminded why I unfortunately will keep driving elsewhere for cheese vs walking here. I don’t get why there isn’t more of an emphasis on welcoming and warm customer service. I won’t be back for another few years!

Whenever I am in need of good cheese, this is where I go. Not only do they have a fabulous selection of cheeses, and a staff able to point me in the right direction, they have all sorts of hand-selected and procured items from other local businesses.
In a pinch, I will run over here for some grocery type items, eggs, lettuce, frozen dumplings. They have everything. A staple in the neighborhood for sure!
They let me pick up a UPS package 2 mins before closing and were very friendly. If UPS does a drop off here wait 1 day before going over to pick it up.
